Established in 1997 by Dr. Christian Kuntze, the law firm immediately focused on rendering legal advice to the music, event, entertainment and creative sector. The core consulting services provided by the Munich-based law firm comprise in particular the laws applicable to event, music, copyright, publishing, contract, media, and artist as well as theatre, advertising and competition issues. Services also include legal issues pertaining to movies, art, design, TV, brand and commercial intellectual property as well as the press, insurance and labour laws.

In 1999, the law firm merged with the law offices established in 1986 by Eugen Mayer, Esquire in Mannheim, Germany. From the beginning, the Mannheim-based law firm specialised in the disciplines of business, corporate, trade and tax law; also in estate law including corporate succession rights and labour law. The client roster of the Mannheim law office consists primarily of medium sized companies and family owned businesses.

Our law firm continues to grow steadily. Besides our already listed areas of specialisation, we also provide legal advice in other business, occupational and private matters and represent our clients in issues affecting their legal standing, which also includes representation at court and in mediation proceedings. We advise private individuals as well as professionals in the creative industry and other businesses, including regionally, domestically or internationally engaged corporations, associations and legal entities in a wide array of sectors.
